Horrible is one word I can use for my breakfast experience. I am a regular customer of Nando's in Al Ain. Twice a week dinner is at Nando's. Today I came for my birthday breakfast with my family. Restaurant completely empty. So no excuse for being busy. First the toast was not toasted at all. Had to ask them to toast it again. Then my son's sunny side eggs which we ordered soft were completely raw. They took the plate back. When the server returned the eggs were so overcooked that it made me angry. When I pointed it out the server was unable to understand what I'm complaining about. Then I pointed it out that while they cooked the eggs rest of the things in the plate should have returned because by that time rest of the food was cold. Butter melted to liquid and brought it out severed it like that. I short spoilt my birthday breakfast. Nando's not equipped for breakfast at all. Better discontinue it when you can't do it right.

We had a great experience at Nando's Al Jimi Mall with very accommodating staff named Marites ???? we will be recommending this restaurant to our friends.

Great food but poor service. Waiters are always taking your order down incorrectly. There are never any leg pieces available when you order the 1/2 chicken. The restaurant is empty but they cannot get your order right the first time.

It was a really great experience to dine in. The ambience of the restaurant was so pretty and calming. The overall vibe of the restaurant was very good. The service was great and the workers was really friendly. The food was flavourful. Really enjoyed the food and will come back again soon

It's really amazing place and very friendly service crews Mr Praphuly is outstanding his appearance and way of talk is really nice.The taste of Breakfast platter and shakshuka is 10/10.
