Bad experience , i bought one perfume cost 470 AED and it last only few minutes almost. Next day I return back to them and I left. I don’t recommend it.

The staff need to be trained on customer service...what they are doing feels like harassment honestly...and they are not even well educated on what products are, they just push things into the customer's face..

I felt like the saleswomen were jumping on me like a pack of wolves in an attempt to sell me products that I am unlikely to use and despite repeating that I dont need those products, they were pushy and persistent just because I was local and likely to spend money, or atleast that's how they made me feel.

Don't know what exactly wrong with the staff there , sometimes rude, sometimes lazy , sometimes neglecting, seriously,,, baaaaad customer care.

Sephora has a good selection of brands, this applies to any Sephora in the world. However, the staff at this Sephora immediately start haunting and harassing as soon as you enter the store. IT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Let the client browse and look around without any of the staff breathing down your neck, please let me shop in peace. I must say this branch is nicer than the Al Ain Mall branch, it's much bigger.

Beware, The staff are trained to hunt.. and once you walk in.. you are basically the target...
