Excellent food, excellent service. The drink with pineapple was great. It's just a little bit hot inside.

Just loved every bit of it. This Nandos branch is not at a very hustling place but the food and service was just out class. Very welcoming staff, quick service and food was pipping hot and perfect taste.

Definitely a recommended place for family & friends.

Understaff!!! Dine on valentines day and the restaurant was not prepared on that day to be crowded. People waiting on the line knowing you can just take whatever empty tables are there. Had to wait or call them for the menu. Waited for the food for 1 hour and half and gave us wrong order and the food was not even that hot! Glad they had a cheerful staff named Julianne who was able to cheer us up while waiting that long. Otherwise we would have lost our patience if it weren’t bcos of her.

Coming from the UK I was really excited to try UAE Nando’s as they have a different menu, but I was left very disappointed. Ordered a burger, some butterfly chicken and a few sides. The chicken itself smelt and tasted off, whilst the sauces were nothing like Uk Nando’s. Even the chips were bad quality. The meal was so bad that I had to return it and asked for a refund. Giving 2 stars as the service was great and they did end up giving us a refund for the uneaten items. Their drinks are also very cool and the one I tried was very good- I just wish the food was nice too.

Being South African I was excited to see Nando’s here. The menu is a bit different but my favourites are all still there although the chicken seems smaller.

I have also visited the venue a few times and it was a typical Nando’s set up. The service was good, but they did leave me too long after I ate and I had go to them to call them for me to pay.

I would like to leave a review specifically for our waiter named ‘Innocent’ at the Al Zeina Nando’s. He was polite, friendly, accommodating and generally an absolute delight to be served by. We visited this branch for the first time as it was my sisters birthday on 14/05/23 and will definitely visit again.
Excellent customer service.
Keep it up!

48 dhs for 2 bottles of water!
160+ for normal chicken kebab /skewer (I don't like to waste my money)!
The business lunch suggestions are portions for young children not for teenagers or adults and we needed to order 2 business lunch for our son because he was hungry after the 1st one and no water available for this package just unhealthy sugary drinks.
Mistake in our bill and in the end we didn't bother to get the refund and we left 30+dhs behind although the service was not attentive and slow and we were at the time the only costumers!
We will not comeback.

I just love the food in Nandos, and I really enjoyed dining in at Al Zeina branch.
The staff were amazing and it made a different , their hospitality and being friendly.
Special mentioned, to Ms. MARIA, she made our dining experience more impressive,we are well looked after.

Job well done! Keep it up!????
