Customer service is Terrible!
I visited the Nars shop at Galleria Mall on different dates, today around 7 pm, trying my luck to be served justly and professionally. Apparently, sales associates are rude, unprofessional, and racist. It's a shame for a prestigious brand to be served with indecent treatment by an Arabic speaking sales associate. Again, I left the shop empty-handed because of this terrible experience.
Sales associate is not pleased because I disturbed their wonderful conversation with her colleague.

I’ve sent an official email is to raise a complaint but I guess I have to write a review as well regarding my shopping experience in NARS Galleria Mall, Al Maryah Island shop in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates last 18th of Dec around 4:30-4:40PM. I was attended by an Arabic lady when I ask to purchase a NARS Climax Extreme Mascara 2pcs, which is for me to give as a gift to my colleagues. She’s offering me different gift products, but I insist the one I specifically want. She was about to process the payment when I saw her putting it in 1 paper bag. I politely ask her to put it on separate paper bag however, she make face and told me “NO. WE DONT HAVE A PAPER BAG” “I JUST CANCELLED ONE RESERVATION AND GAVE YOU THE PAPER BAG” As if I owe her and i have to thank her for giving me a paper bag ? Then I said okay, let me just purchase 1pc instead of 2 mascara, then she raised her eyebrow and told me sarcastically with conviction that “NO. WE CANT SELL YOU THE PRODUCT AND WE CANT GIVE YOU THE PAPER BAG IF YOURE GOING TO BUY ONLY 1” So I told her okay, just cancel the transaction because I don’t want to argue as SHE SPEAKS IN ARABIC WITH HER COLLEAGUES AND THEIR SARCASTIC REACTIONS TALKING ABOUT ME.

I mean, NARS??? Really? This is a brand that I am looking up so high internationally. I always travel to different countries and I wasnt expecting this kind of behavior from your shop. Such maleducated, unpolite, rude attitude staff. Just because i changed my mind and want to purchase only 1 item she decided not to give me a paper bag? My gosh.

This is rude. Unacceptable behavior. Discrimination. Rasicm.

Hope you take action on this. This is something that will ruin your BRAND.

(( حياة )) موظفة رائعة ومتعاونة وخدومة وخلوقة .. وصلنا في وقت متأخر .. كان وقت إغلاق المحل وتعاونت معنا وسمحت لنا بالتسوق .. ولا أنسى عبارتها (خدمة الزبون تهمنا) وأي حاجة غير موجودة اتركوا الرقم وسوف نوفرها ونوصلها لكم

Andy at AR Training is so accommodating when it comes to our workplace training. We have worked with him now for a number of years and he never fails to assist in putting dates in place even at the last minute. Would recommend him 100% to anyone for in-house training.
