Beautiful place to live in, nice view of corniche, Emirates palace and Etihad towers
Walking distance to the beach, mall and many restaurants which is very rare in Abu Dhabi

Construction infront of the building going for more than 5 months so bad

Facilty and management is ok they fix everything fast ✌️

Parking sensor sensitivity is so BAD ????

AC doesn't disconnect automatically, they need to upgrade the switch.

View is great.

Last night I encountered a horrific and unethical treatment from the security of the gates due to lost parking ticket. They kept myself and my wife in the parking for 2 hours and they have offended us by abusive words till we got the police.

At great location.
Major repair work at the front entrance towards the main road makes the walkway difficult and uncomfortable.
Narrow hallway to reach apartment from the lift.
Dull hall ways.
Common areas and some apartments doesn’t smell pleasant may be due to mold formation or poor AC maintenance.
Residence tower doesn’t have dedicated gym and pool. Residents have to go to commercial tower facilities which is also shared with other hotel guests.
Some apartment doesn’t have dedicated AC control for each bedroom i.e two bedrooms have shared single AC control and thats very annoying sometimes.

Visited Luxembourg Embassy at 62 floor, view were spectacular, staff at Embassy were helpful and assisted well end to end
