Best hotel ever, I highly recommend for couples or families. Everyone in the hotel treats you like you are a royal guest. The butlers are very kind and provide great service, they arranged my daughter birthday in very short notice. Finally, the front desk manager (Kirolles) is another story, he’s a real gentleman, very nice and deals with clients very nicely. Thank you. ❤️❤️

Bonus: There is a private beach which is very nice. In addition, there are 2 pools, both of which are incredibly enjoyable.

"I had an exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided top-notch service and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added to my overall experience. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the menu had a great selection. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay."

Amazing hotel, I highly recommend. There are 2 pools, both of which are clean and enjoyable to swim in. The private beach is beautiful and there are little fish who you can see swimming nearby. The rooms are amazing and incredibly comfortable, and the butlers are very kind and provide great service. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of foods like fruits, pastries, and savoury dishes. This was an amazing hotel and has so many amenities like 5 places to eat and drink. I highly recommend it if you are looking to come here as a staycation, or even if you need somewhere to stay during your travels. The staff are so kind and helpful and everything is clean.

Wonderful place. Rooms are amazing. Food is exquisite. Pool is stunning. Everything is so perfect there.

The service in this hotel is one of the best I've ever experienced.

Special thanks to Ghia San José working at the kids club. You are such a beautiful person. Ours kids were so happy when you were there. This world needs more people like you.

This is not our first stay at this hotel and absolutely not the last!

I totally recommend.

We haven't had the pleasure of staying here but knowing the brand the stay will be spectacular for sure.

We were over earlier this month to experience their traditional Iftar Buffet at the spectacular Terrace on the Corniche and loved it

The menu features a good variety of different things some rarely seen making it very interesting.

Superb service great experience.

The hotel reeks of cigarettes everywhere (including the rooms and elevators) and heavy scents (probably to mask the smoke). Not you would expect from a luxury hotel associated with an international brand

Cool Ambiance specifically restaurants, rooms are really luxury with corniche view and services exceeds expectations. Photos mainly from lounge. Only cons, strong smoking smell in the lounge.

Unprofessional and aggressive restaurant manager at beach restaurant.

Front desk manager lacking ability to understand guest frustration with not working hotel processes.

Hotel imposes it’s own rules overriding Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions regarding receiving points for food and beverage spend.
