The waxing is horrible and everything is expensive and they say they take fazzaa discount but they never do they always lie about it even in bawabat alsharq branch

Honestly just HORRIBLE. The hair staff were very nice but they couldn’t do the colour I wanted, made a 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour service into 3 hours long. Charged me an extra 300 aed and I got home to my hair literally FALLING APART. The only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because the staff was nice but at what cost?

5 stars for the manicure and pedicure staff only , 1 star is for the customer service they don’t respond to customer demand and they are not organized and the place is messy and noisy you can’t enjoy your service in peace please be more professional to your clients no matter how crowded the place is

Had second session of i beauty facial from jaselyn, and i love it .. she is so professional and so kind, i love the instant results ,she took extra steps to make u comfort by face and shoulders massage , so polite and concern in conversation.. the lady on the counter is so kind and and co operative with booking appointments and even rescheduling # had best time and best result ,
Wish i had met these people befor????????

Jocelyn, she is an amazing person and such a hard worker. She definitely has hands of gold. I have gone to so many people for clean ups but she is simply the best. She understands her job so well and understands people's skin so well. Thank you Jocelyn for always being such an amazing person.

Shoutout to Nayomi Salon at Bawabat Al Sharq Mall. I did the New Elemis Facial and it’s superb. My skin feels hydrated and fresh. Thank you to miss Jocelyn, since last year she has been taking care of me.

A very barren bus stop, no bin, shelter, seating or cover. If it's raining you're going to get wet. The most it has is the times of the expected buses, but if you have a phone you probably don't need that.
