I am writing this review in behalf of our staff to express my extreme disappointment with the visitor policy enforced by the reception staff at your hotel.
The Assistant Manager, who shall remain anonymous but referred to as "Mr. Al**** N.," insisted that only one visitor per room was allowed.

This policy was not communicated to us prior to my arrival, and the staff found it to be unreasonable and restrictive. They invited a close friend to join during there stay just to visit not staying in the room, and they had planned to explore the city together and enjoy the amenities your hotel offers.

Despite the attempts to reason with "Mr. Al**** N." and explain the situation, they displayed a complete lack of empathy and refused to accommodate the request and not providing any information states that 1 visitors per room. Their unhelpful and inflexible attitude ruined there experience and left me thoroughly disappointed.

It is essential for a hotel to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. However, the reception staff, particularly "A," failed to provide the level of service I expected. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to find a solution were disheartening.

I urge your management to review the visitor policy and train your staff in providing better customer service. Flexibility and understanding are vital in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend your hotel to others.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

I came as a visitor only to eat and drink in their café which, to be honest, seem to lack some supervision.
Silverware wasn't well cleaned, and the table had a an old cloth covering it.

A very wonderful and clean hotel. Frankly, I am very impressed with the good reception and the speedy registration procedures. I would like to thank the respected employee from Morocco, his name is Ayoub in the reception department. I thank him for his kindness and delighting visitors with respect and assistance in all information about the hotel.thanks you MR Ayoub for your service,Thank you to the staff of the Nihal Hotel team

I was not entertained just because I was in normal cloths and not fancy. I was in line but 2 other people were given there room before me. When complained Assistant Manager Aldrin said he was angry so I had to entertain him before. It was quite racist bcoz of my ethnicity I was not greeted or entertained like the other guests. Horrible behavior by the Assistant manager.

The rooms and the environment were very clean, comfortable and attractive. But someone have to deposit 100 AED for damages and of which is refundable after checking out..

No hospitality at all.the environment is very general, and the hotel facilities are seriously aging. Bathtub ia blocked. Toilet tissue didn'teven bother to replace a new one, no free parking, they charge you 20dhs per night

My last check out on april 4 and until now i didnt recived the securty refund they deduct from my card ....in last three months they treat like poor custmer service a rude behavior instead they didnot return have lots of issues

I it was clear mantioned in my reservation today was my Wedding day and even was informed to reception open check-in and no amenities or any congratulations message even didnt empathize or any things however this all not the iusse the problem in the evening when i was requesting about the second key for my wife unfortunately was not expecting the bed answer we can only open to your vistior with way unprofessional since my wife and me was registered from the check-in why not allow to purchase duplicate key really i didn't feel satisfied with customer service over here
