Excellent office staff, Tala Marie took care of all the paperwork fast and efficiently. I am new to the country so she assisted me on setting up all of the utilities with detailed instructions. Karim was very professional and helpful with signing the lease and getting things moving forward. Upon moving into The Residences at Central Park the security was so helpful. As well as maintenance. Felix especially assisted us with everything. If we had a question or needed help we would whatsapp message him and he would respond immediately. Samer with management is a pleasure to deal with. If you have any concerns he is very reasonable and finds a way to deal with all issues. The community and neighborhood is vibrant and there is direct access to central park and all of the activities. It is a great place for families and we can walk our kids to school because it is so close!

One of the worst tenant service who has not given the security deposit till date saying they had to paint the flat.

The procedure to file a case is very simple.
Go to Abu Dhabi new Court. Visit the rental dispute department they will give you correct guidance submit all the proofs you have along with the photos of room. Take all the documents along. 5% of amount will be court fee which you will be refunded when we are done with the case.

On 11/01/2020 after almost one year I received a call from them threatening me to remove the review saying as customer if I have any objections I should file a legal case against them.

All the customer of these firm please note that the UAE law is very generous and supporting to tenants to help and get justice.

What we need to do is that go to the Abu Dhabi courts file a case against them in courts legal session and they will give you the best guidance.
The government is supporting the tenants and doing the best to make sure that the justice is served.

So in any case don't feel free to complaint to court with proof and you will get all the protection as a customer from UAE government if you are cheated by these people's.

Attached the damage which they say I have made and the bill of AED 2000 for using double side sticker in two place.

One of the worst real estate ever I seen staff also very bad not talking properly b.coz of them I paid late fee. So I request people don't deal with riayah real estate.very bad service also I left 3 month ago still I didn't get my deposit in that also they cut amount.

I never seen any waste company like this
I'm looking for a warehouse but the responsible person not answering the phone from last week then when I visit there head office they leasing staffers are insulting me like a beggar

I don't understand how the people are staying their properties

Simply when you leave, you have to forget about security deposit. I have been waiting for almost three months for my deposit and they just give excuses and excuses !
