Bad customer service. Walked in and picked up a set of capsules and waited for a long time to pay for them along with other customers waiting to pay for theirs..there were 3 employees one was busy stocking and the other 2 were just chatting with customers for a very long time so I asked the employees that I just wanna pay and leave their response was that I needed to wait so I dropped the coffee set and left the store .
Never going back there again.

Worst customer service, not recommend to buy from them. After sales you keep falling call center and no action is taken

The never accept Fazaa the prices of the capsule tube expensive there is no reason of raising it no even discounts or away of approach even for old member it's like a grocery they will push you towards everything that people don't buy.

Rosso Caffe tastes fresh and delicious. There are 6 different flavors to choose, from a delicate light roast to a full bodied dark roast. It was very hard to find coffee that doesn’t taste like burned cigarette ashes. The really finely ground coffee reminds me of a Persian or Armenian style coffee. I am glad that I found this level of quality coffee on Walmart.

Customer service is poor. I arrived at the shop at 9:50 PM before they close and waited for one customer to finish his order for 5 minutes. When I asked the guy behind the counter he replied that he is closed. I have clearly showed him that its still 5 minutes to closing time and with careless look he replied that no shop stays open up to 10 PM and I should of called before I came!
I have came to YAS Mall only for the shop since Nespresso only sells the product in there branches and because it is the nearest to my house, although it takes 20 min to reach there.
