I used to like the shop and i like their designs and items, but yesterday unpleasant incident happened in your shop between 11:30 pm and 1 am. i bought two clothings items 1 pack of accessories and 1 perfume , when i was checking out and paying the man on the counter- i think he is Syrian or Lebanese -said you cant change the accessories is that fine ? I said ok, after 1 hour i came back i was still in the mall i told the guy i changed my mind about the perfume and i did not open it, first he said ok go pick what you want to exchange it with, i went and picked a dress then i called him, when he came back to counter he looked at the perfume and said : no , perfumes cant be exchanged, we told him in a very calm tone to check with the manager if there’s any exception since i came back after 1 hour and I didn’t open it, he said in a very rude tone “my manager is sleeping now, only us here in the mall are awake people outside are sleeping now!” Obviously he was not willing to show any effort. My friend said okay we will come tomorrow and we will keep it here with you to make sure we didn’t open it, he became very tempered with impolite attitude saying no this is not my responsibility, and please move you are struggling the people on the counter! although there was no one else, only couple of people came at the end. Is this appropriate conversation and tone suit Stradivarius shops?

I was shocked. They didn’t respect the prayer even though I informed them to turn off the music because it’s praying time. The workers didn’t take me seriously nor did they turn off the music. I’m so offended never would I visit such a shop????????

I would give them ZERO stars. Pathetic customer service. Store Manager was arrogant and did not understand what I was complaining about. They sold us a damaged shirt and did not offer replacement either. Totally Pathetic

This rating is for Stradivarius's excellent customer service. I returned some clothing items & got refunded within 2 days. Also, the customer service were very helpful & inquired about the items I wanted from different branches.

We went shopping me and my sister in the stradivarius yas mall when we went to pay we told the cashier that we would like to pay half half bu to cards, she insisted that it doesn’t work only if there is 2 visas or 2 MasterCard.
The day after we went to galleria in al Reem new extasion we went to the same we went to pay and I asked and she told you can pay half half with deferent cards I told her what happened in yasmall and she told me probably they don’t how to do it.
And I’m saying they do not want to work, last time we will go there and I will not recommend the same.
