New York Fries branch located in Bawadi Mall food court area. I ordered the chicken szechuan fries and chili’s hotdog combo meal. Food was good. Friendly and polite staff. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible.

I love their poutines so much. The szechuan fries, chilli beef and bacon cheese ones r the best.

It was a lovely store however at the tills a lead sales Donna had to come down to do a void but didn't listen to the cashier as to what happened. She had a very bad attitude to the situation and didn't apologise and admit she was in the wrong cand the void didn't come off. She cancelled the whole transaction and I had to empty my shopping again to be put through. Diabolical customer service.

Very nice till staff. One of the floor staff (I think she may have been a manager, I'm not sure) was very nippy. The 4 stars are only so high because of the politeness of everyone else.

A very handy chain shop to get the essentials in the one place. The one in Cumbernauld is very clean. Well stocked. And the staff are very friendly. One of my standard go to shops. The sweets aisle is dangerous if you're on a diet.

I was shopping in the store and Alison was very welcoming and helped me find what I was looking for. The assistant, Caroline M at the till was very friendly and cheerful. A great shopping experience.
