It is sad how a big brand can’t handle a small incident and never have the culture of apologizing to their clients nor admitting their mistakes. All we wanted is a simple refund that took us over 6 weeks and never got resolved. Contact center. Instagram messaging, branch visits and never got our refund back. What’s worse. Was not having an apology of the whole delay …
