I bought a 4 place white set and was thrilled with it. I asked the lady at the till to check each dish for chips etc. she wrapped each dish in paper. I was so disappointed when I got home one of the deep dishes had a messy sludgy oil puddle in it. Like it had had anti pasta or something in it. Not just a hand print but a fair amount. How she missed this I have no idea but it spoiled my otherwise lovely purchase. Note to shop - check products better before packing to avoid customer disappointment. Loading my dishwasher !!!! Now !!!

Denby seconds. Good selection. Unfortunately, not what I was looking for but I will go to the Denby factory. Not been in a while but I m sure they still do seconds there. Anyhow the staff in the outlet was helpful and professional. Only one little thing, the prices are still high (in my opinion) for seconds.

Great tour of the factory. I loved seeing how they made everything. Very well explained and guide was very knowledgeable. I loved that I was able to decorate my own cup for a fee and have it delivered to my home.
Fantastic cafe/ restaurant at the end and some lovely shops, new and seconds to buy to take home. I would definately go again.

Set in Junction 32 retail village is this great shop.
Had a fabulous sale whenwe went, got some real bargains for 8 settings. Shame I couldn't get cereal bowls and side plates in sale but love what I did get and will come back for the others soon.
Disabled access entryway and staff friendly and helpful.

Had a fab sale on got 8 place settings in plates and bowls for the price of 2 places at full price. Cannot complain, am looking forward to going back to get some side plates and breakfast bowls next time. Cant wait!

Sundau coffee & and bacon sandwhich. Lovely coffee , bacon sandwhich was £3.30 complete rip off one tiny piece if bacon and a dry roll. Had eaten the sandwhich before the coffee was even served to me. At £6.05 i wont be returning and spending my hard earned cash

Has many ranges of Denbyware available at greatly discounted prices. Some seconds so check each item carefully before buying. Helpful and friendly staff.
