Worst agency to deal with. Staff has attitude and don't have a clue how to deal with people. Worst staff handling Singapore visas. Avoid at all costs and deal with other agencies instead. If i could rate them with less than 1 star I would.

Pathetic service. We have traveled through omeir twice prior to Covid. We went to their khalifa street office to enquire about holiday package. We sat in their office for 20 mins. There were staff loitering around and nobody attended to us!

Their 24/7 Call Centre is seriously a life saver. I made a silly mistake by not reaching the airport on time and end up missing my flight???? was super panicked. I called them and they sorted me out real quick! Kudos ????
