Bathroom door is broken
shower product is expired
Tv its not smart at all

Horrible Resort. AC was not working in the first allotted villa and no refrigerator. Cockroach in main bathroom. After six hours of persistent complaints, finally we were shifted to another villa. Slept without AC in the subsequently changed villa at night in one of the bedrooms. The AC finally was fixed around 11 am the next morning. All facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurants etc are at least half a KM from villas. Swimming pool isn't clean with lots of dust and fully crowded. The attendant was irresponsible and arrogant while responding to our request to clean the pool and very discourteous while replying to our queries. Have to carry towels from villa and return with wet towels and swimming dresses, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable sitting in car. For a villa with 4 adult inmates, only 2 half litre water bottles are provided, which is astonishing and when asked for extra bottles, we were told to order from housekeeping against extra payment, a pathetic gesture. While the money we spent on booking the villa for 2 nights is reasonable, the facilities and other basic amenities are not worth the money we paid for the villa. Overall, it's the worst holiday I ever had.

Very calm, peaceful and relaxing place... Clean, quiet, perfect serene get-away location... Our family enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately, there were no floor mats, so when I spilt tea on the floor, I had to use one of the bath towels to wipe it and they charged me 100/- for that. Felt like a rip off...

A place with child hood memories
It might be old but it's still good and has many facilities such as swimming pool
Restaurants , coffee shops , and place for kids to play .
Reasonable price per night and very close to hafeet mountain & mubazarah green
Definitely recommended for guys & families
Staff was so cooperative and friendly
It's not the best or the newest
Place but price wise its definitely worth it

I had to give them 3 stars because I asked for fresh baked dread 4 times at least before they brought it. The turkish coffee is terrible they serve it alone without any small piece of biscuit , not like other resturants. In general the place is beautiful.
