Have used Western for many years. Their reliability has regularly been poor, their pricing is increasingly inconsistent, and after a particularly poor experience yesterday involving a speeding driver, we will now look to use other operators in future.

You need to provide your credit card details on the phone, if you ask polite that you want to be driven or at least want to see a taxi first they hang the phone up and insult you. This is scam!
