1- The hair dresser did not hear my request properly, she just saw the picture and started cutting directly while i was still discussing!
By taking huge amount of hair and cutting it at once which made my hair break and turned out as layers where we had to cut extra hair to align it.
The worst thing that was marking the length of my hair with the scissors by cutting the hair itself!!! I have never seen someone mark the length of a hair by cutting it.
Also, the parts of my hair that she couldn’t brush because of her laziness, she did cut them harshly so that she wont bother to brush them. I was clear that i was not happy and she did not care saying that these are the new techniques of cutting.
I went with a fresh long hair went out with dry, unhealthy hair.
This is not my first bad experience with the salon or the gym.
2- I bought 20 PT sessions with a specific trainer for 4 months whom her schedule turned out to be always full!
I got to see her once or maximum twice a week based on her 1 option time and if i cant make it because i am at work i delays to next week or the week after.
They told me that my membership has expired and i only took 8 classes out of 20 in 4 months!!
Once i bought the membership, the trainer left me waiting in her list for about 3 weeks until she finds a slot for me in her extremely busy schedule.
I am not sure why they ask people to pay big amount of money while they know their trainers have full capacity in their schedule.
When i called the manager she said you should’ve asked for another trainer! They also asked me to attend group classes since she doesn’t have time for me separately.
I am writing here because i spoke to the manager and she gave me 10 extra days after the expiration of my membership, to finish my 12 classes!
Also, in those 10 days the trainers schedule is full.
Although the location is next to my house and the staff are very friendly, unfortunately i would have to leave this place for not loosing more money.
The management did extend my membership during covid when i couldn’t come for two weeks, which is something positive and I thanked them for it. However, the manager mentioned that they did that favor during my complain about my 12 classes that i needed to finish with the trainer ????

She asked for layers very simple, the Moroccan lady cut her hair till her upper shoulder! While her hair use to be by her torso !
The hairstylist notice she did something wrong so and gave her a blow dry to make her hair look longer but is was still very short !
No experience what so everr !
