Excellent compact compound of just six villas and a swimming pool that is well maintained and empty most of the times, which is very convenient to walk to.

Ample parking for 2-4 cars and plenty more outside the compound all for free.

The rooms are large and ceiling high giving it a majestic touch. Downside is almost impossible to change bulbs on the high ceiling in the living room and the lights on the exterior parapet wall.

The compound would be perfect if it had a gym but given the COVID-19 restrictions it hardly matters any more.

Very nice compound for family accomodation that is located in Khalifa City A and is accessible by public bus transport (short walk only from bus stop).
