The bun was not fresh and the chocolate topping was like a glue. Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered buns with cheese - then I was told cheese is finished. So I them to prepare plain and I will get cheese from Carrefour, when I came back I waited more than 20 minutes and my food wasn’t prepared and they were serving other table who came after us. Which very unethical!!!
Then later when I was paying they added extra water.. !!! After that one of the workers “Sara” came out of no where speaking very rude to us and telling “ are still upset for adding the water? it was only water” very un-respectful person!!! instead of saying sorry her attitude pushed me made ask for the manager who is not there!!!
I would appreciate it if you can tell how to report on her and her attitude toward customers also the customer before me was really upset!!
