We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with my family. We were welcomed by Mr Mohamed. He gave us a best service. In addition Mohamed made my room so specious since my wife was celebrating her birthday. His patience in assisting customers is amazing. I also liked the food, it was so nice. Best hotel

We've stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, and it definitely satisfied us. From the time we checked in, it was very pleasant. Jasim was so accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping named Joel attended to our needs, had been helpful. The staff in Ginger restaurant are all polite and always approach with a smile.
The staff reflects the hotel, and its amazing I could say.

I've made a booking thru agoda. Requested a birthday compliment for my youngest daughter's birthday. It's nice but not as I expected.

Updated review: As we returned in the evening from touring around AUH. We got an additional surprise gesture... a real complimentary cake. Very well done...

Had a relaxing night, the room was very very comfy and nice, staffs in the ginger restaurant and the front desk staff were friendly and really nice, flexible for late check-in and check-out.
Specially the chef in live station Chef Mohammed Sabeer was the best one. Me and my husband had a great time.

I like everything.
Valet parking team are so friendly and they served my fast every time .
I have booked through the phone smoothly before I go.
When I reached there a receptionist called “Raj” he completed my reservation. He is professional in dealing with guests and he offered me an upgrade room as am a platinum guest in Rotana group.
During my stay.. I saw him many times assisting the guests in a very nice way and even doing other staff like helping the guests with their Laggage and taking them to the elevator. He is perfect Yes and I can see he is enjoying the work there and work from his heart.
Room service is perfect. Many times I asked them for somethings and they served me in a quick way.

Park Rotana hotel is with spacious rooms and well maintained interiors. Housekeeping is done well and on time by the staffs who are pleasant and customer friendly. Good for long and short term stays. Only drawback is the location. To get t

Amazing stay at this wonderful homey like hotel. A member of the hotel staff "Saida" was so generous to extend my checkout time to late afternoon. This has never happened to me in a hotel. Thats why you guys are great!

u200fThe hotel is wonderful, because there are professional staff in solving problems. I encountered a problem with the receptionist, her name is (sayeda), and no employee was able to solve the problem, and it took about 5 hours to take, as what happened, I did not find the reserved room, but the hotel manager, Mr. (Ashok), who in turn did By replacing the room as soon as possible, the problem was resolved. Thank you and thank you for being in this place as such employees really deserve appreciation and respect
