It's always so damn busy with people queuing up on one side and not using both sides.... I blame people.... Not mozzas.... Also.... Its fuel.... How can it be a good thing ????

Since they got a bigger shop and Gary stepped down as manager the petrol station has gone downhill This is no reflection on most of the staff who are very good. However their direct phone line has not worked since all this has happened. With the current situation the shop lines are closed and therefore no help is accessible if you should need it. Very disappointing Morrisons. Your staff deserve better

Made a big nice fuel station, staff are friendly as they have always been but not enough of them by any stretch of the imagination. Thought someone at Morrison’s would have noticed by now and done something, expecting featuring problem etc, but no. Always too busy. Same amount of tills and staff for a fuel station with a large shop now. Who’s idea was that?
Shop and staff are brilliant but this ruins it.

Amanda has a very bad attitude in the petrol station the red head that's thinks your thick just because your a different minority and had to explain something and she started to puff and started to roll her eyes. Very bad attitude, Don't need people like her she's the last person you want to come across at petrol station.. I find that a racism & discrimination just by what colour you are, thinking I'm of the banana boat... Anyway I will avoid morrisons in Darlington just off the A66 I usually spend £600 to Fule my truck, as I'm a hgv driver, but never in my life I will ever go there.
