Very good cafe for healthy eating and light meal. Bread is very good and sweet selection is the best.

Food flies were around, food were tasteless and pre made. service forget to bring drinks even after calling them several times. Pasta was dry!!

Bought cakes here for the first time. Their pastries are delicious. Cakes are not overwhelmingly sweet & very presentable; mostly are mousse-like so they're best eaten when chilled. Download their app to get points & a free cake on your birthday. ????

Everything was perfectly comfortable enjoying service branch Alain mall until I was going out I pass it counter desk to took disposable cup for my coffee with napkin wipe a lady stuff inside was loudly talk unpleasant attitude with other stuff because it turn out was tea bag not as I thought napkin however other lady staff step in was professional servied me with napkin glad for her positive assist but still extremely surprised for other staff member negative service .

The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful and the service is very excellent, especially with the welcome of waiter Mr. Shiva G and their excellent service to the guests

The place is great and the food and service is amazing and spectacular I visit it every week in (al ain mall in al ain city)and special thanks to the best waiter shiva.G !

It's the standard Paul Bakery, but there is something different. The wait staff are excellent. The food I think is better than most Paul branches I visited in the GCC. The kitchen is certainly doing sorting right. My favorite dishes are the salmon bites and Camembert cheese Fondue.
