Very bad service . I paid 39 dhms for one chicken Burger King and 14 dhms for hamburger. Not even a single piece of vegetable and no maionise . No filling . Even 14 dhms we do get the good burger. Very bad and worst burger I ever had. I wish good authority people should have look in to this. The burger is very small and not filling inside . It’s half cooked . The burger 25dhms it’s very small in size. I’m very disappointed. Will never ever touch my foot in your burger shop again .

I heard that dont go to restaurants where you dont see much customers. This was proven when i approached burger king al ain mall. Burger king is my favorite place for burgers and i have been ordering it for years but in al ain it was waste of money. I ordered double whopper but with each bite i kept thinking how can they sell me stale bun and dry beef. I was full of anger and regret that why did i buy this. I hope burger king can improve their qualiry and stop selling food to customer in stale ingredients. Please do mercy on people for their hard earned money.

Bad dealing with customers without any issue clarification, my experiment was with dikshyvia. If i mentioned the name right, she gave bad reply when i asked about something in the bill she said, "Calculate by yourself and refuse to deal with my clarification well, really, very bad behaviour."

Poor customer service, very unfriendly & unprofessional staffs, long waiting to take the order this is mainly due to lack of employees. 2 employees were struggling to take order and prepare foods same time. Cant imagine this is an international brand!!! If this is how you treat your employees, then who will care about customers. Lots to focus and improve!!!!!

Sorry but the employees were all demotivated to work in this establishment. I respect that this is fast food chain and they are tired. But atleast treat your customer nicely even at the minimum level. I smiled and cheered you up but still you chose to give me your frowning face. Hate hate hate.

Very disappointed! The workers are lazy.. The chicken wooper was bunrt.. The French fries plenty of salt...
I can't recommend..

Not good service bad Pepsi without soda and i said i want with ice and they didn’t put
And I ordered carffour meal and I ordered onion she replaced the fries with the onion without telling to me and they always make mistakes like that not professional at all last time don’t go there better to not eat
