Hi
Just checked in to this beautiful restaurant. It was pure nostalgia, having celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday here.
Yesterday celebrated my anniversary.
The services were excellent , food quality was amazing and ambience always beautiful.
It’s quite economical as well, still in spite of prices skyrocketing other places with sub standardization of food.
Both veg and non vegetarian were an absolute delight with authentic Indian taste and a touch of their own.
Thanks to all the staff for extending the extra help and assistance and making our anniversary a special memoir.
Per se the experience was great ????????????????????????

Very bad service! When they know that you will use any voucher they treat you worst!
They bring the welcoming food just like that , even the pickles I need to ask for it and the stuff was ignoring me like they won’t bring it .. day after day going down.. not recommended at all , many different Indian restaurants have all the free starters but not serving it like that.. no one ask for what drink we want, they bring main course and left it on table without serving.. i ask for the manager.. they said no manager in charge

An absolute disaster, and I am utterly disappointed with the entire ordeal.
My recent delivery experience with Peppermill Abu Dhabi from Eastern Mangroves was an absolute disaster, and I am utterly disappointed with the entire ordeal.

First and foremost, the delivery was severely delayed and by the time it finally reached me, some of it was cold. This negatively impacted the overall taste and quality of the dishes.

To make matters worse, my special instructions for the food preparation were completely disregarded. I had specifically mentioned certain dietary preferences and requirements, but it seemed like the kitchen staff didn't bother to read the instructions at all. This not only shows a lack of professionalism but also a lack of respect for customer preferences.

The worst part of this entire experience was the health consequences. Within an hour after consuming the food, I began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. The food served clearly had some serious issues, whether it was improper handling or inadequate hygiene standards. It's truly unacceptable for a restaurant, especially a supposedly reputable one like Peppermill Abu Dhabi, to put its customers' health at risk like this.

My disappointment is beyond words. The combination of the long delay, cold and poorly prepared food, and the subsequent health issues makes this delivery experience an absolute nightmare.

I have been here several times and it never disappoints.

The location is convenient, you can park outside. However at busier times it can be a struggle to find a parking space.

This place is best to visit in the winter when the weather is nice. You can sit outside and enjoy the great food.

The menu is very generous and offer a lot. I always go for the vegetarian sample starter, a curry and biryani. This way you get to taste a bit of everything. The food is exceptionally good.

The waiters are very attentive and the overall service is great.

Pricing is very reasonable for such great food and location.

Highly recommended.

The only good part of the experience was the courtesy of the team member who served us
Nothing related to fine dining in terms of mood , presentation or even food quality.

We have ordered Murgh tilka massala, chole and chicken biryani. Very disappointing quality and presentation in addition to being over priced for the size of the portion.

Blunt biryani and the chole was like a ball of garam masala.

Quaint ambience. Good portion sizes. Polite and courteous staff. Food preparations could improve, some portions are flavoursome, some lack flavour.

Always seen this place from the coffee shop next door. Decided to give it a try. The staff were just amazing. The food reminded me of the curries we get home. Honestly will definitely go there again. I felt welcome.
