I love the Nails spa I always used to go to it when I used to live in Dubai! This time tho I’m this branch my gel nail polish wasn’t on point neither is the shape! I was a bit disappointed to be honest! But but but I’m willing to give them another chance maybe the lady technician was having a bad day ????

The best nails place in AD.
I tried a lot of places because they’re closer to my house but honestly nothing compares and I am always disappointed with other “big” names.
It has been a while, I should go back to my fav place.

I go there once a month for a mani pedi but today decided to treat myself to the gel bio mani which is quite expensive and after a few hours bubbles just started appearing ????and the texture is so rough... What annoyed me thr most is when I called to complain they said I can come tomorrow but they only have 30 mins for me.. It took me over than 1 hour to do the mani. The technician is good I really think it has to do with their nail polish..

I cant believe that such a reputed salon can do acrylic so bad. It is so bumpy and uneven. It just looks so bad. And just to think that i have wasted 500 aed and few hours of my life..

I went for a neck & shoulder massage. I ended up having only massage for my shoulders!
My neck was hurting me ,& i specially asked for neck massage!

The missus told me i should ve booked for longer duration.. and she is busy as her next client is coming next .!!!!

The location is very accessible my go to nail salon, they do constant promotions and activations for the International holidays, clients experience should be enhanced; I wear abaya and while doing the services I would rather that my Abaya be hanged in an area or next to me; rather than having it hanged in the kitchen or be thrown on an empty chair if available. It is not convenient for Emirati clients and the staff aren’t welcoming the constructive comments.
