Shout out to The Store In Charge.
If you are not happy with your job better quit. You guys work as Customer Service People and if you are tired of dealing with people then I guess it is time to Leave.

Poor customer service, I was in Pierre Cardin in AD mall the 19 of May at 11:30, 4 peoples there nobody say hello, no one takes care of you. It’s even bothering them when you ask to see some items to buy. And when finally someone shows it to you he’s leaving you directly like : you got it now leave me alone.
I was telling everybody to go there before, that end today.

Today, I have visited Pierre Cardin at WTC branch in Abu Dhabi. To my surprise, the customer service team treated me very badly. Looking at my Asian look they might have thought I won’t be able to afford the price..!! I always used to purchased suits from Pierre Cardin at Al Wahda branch..!! And the staffs at Alwahda handles customers in a professional approach.

At WTC branch, I felt humiliated and irrespective of whatever I have asked, their response was “it’s not available” and I could see wide range of collection. I left to Sacoor the next moment..!

I am totally disappointed..!

I couldn’t believe that in UAE Racism exists…!!

Have good stuff at reasonable price. Bought a suit here. Fitting is perfect and needed no alterations. Good material. Very good variety to choose.

The trouser length alteration sucked. The guys called me after 4 days. It was not ready. So called them on the day they called me again and it was ready. On arriving it was no where to be found and had to wait for 25 min as it was still with the tailor. So beware of this glitch.

Also didn’t understand their concept of 90% discount. The suit I bought was for 550dhs and was looking worth it. It’s original price tag was some 4700dhs. Come on. I mean what’s the need to do all these stunts. You sell good stuff. May be say it’s 10% off and sell it on MRP of 600. No one is a fool to believe it’s worth 4700.

But still I would give it 5 stars for the collection and pricing.
