This review is being written form the point of a vegan experience.

I must admit I used to live Pizza Hut, for speed, quality, freshness etc, however, these days it does not cut it. For various reason I am now vegan, I called Pizza Hut and to start off with, the person at the end of the phone didn’t understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian. The worlds eating habits are rapidly changing and this type of lack of basic food knowledge is really very poor. So I asked to make a complaint over the lack of Vegan options on the menu. I was out though to a very rude person, who just wanted to get me off the phone and not listen to the issue.

In the end I ended up hanging up the call as I felt I was wasting my life trying to complain and instead wrote this complaint. Number one 1) poor trading in Vegan and vegetarian 2) no vegan options - time to wake up. 3) very poor complaints handling in option 3 on the phone system. The only good thing I have to say is they were quick to answer the phone.

Had a very bad experience at this outlet. A waitress came to take my order with a very arrogant look, so impatient and not collaborative. Later she stepped on my foot and couldn’t apologize for that and arguing and raising her voice at me a client. I wonder how pizza hut could retain such an unprofessional and rude staff (Caroline) that’s her name. So poor and let the management know who to put in the front office because the image of the company or outlet lies in the hands of the waitress. Another staff politely walked to me and apologized on her colleague’s behalf. Nice pizza though but lost my appetite and had to request for take away. Pizza Hut hamdan street

Good pizza, loved the spicy ranch pizza but starters were not good
Mashed potato was an entire different thing, did not like it

I am ordering today Pizza Hut, TCA, AUH be. my box pizza *shrimp lovers pizza, BBQ chicken rolls, buffalo wings and spicy cheese balls.
This is a good reasonable option for sharing two person. As we know all the taste there is no doubt in Pizza Hut. By reaching to me the food was not that much hot which may be delivery guy was not careful on that which @Pizza Hut must should work on.
Another very important thing is the delivery charge is more. I’m staying very near to this branch but still it’s same as in any place if city, which really disappointed. They should work on that.

We celebrated our friend birthday last week, it’s a good place for small parties and fun. And we ordered limo pizza ????, it’s really nice and good taste. Highly recommended.

Over baked pizzas. Fully disappointed with this pizza hut especially this branch and Hamdan Street branch. Hope they will give their best in future.
