They charge 500 AED for ijhari contract which is generally paid by landlord even customer pay its not 500 AED its approx 230 AED.
Landlord is very greedy will not respect you as well , even most of the people dont get security refund , you guys keep emailing them they dont respond at all.
In my case they increased the rent and means the time i joined it was 2 month , next year without notice no promotion when i said i want to leave they said you need to pay penalty which i understand but they should inform the people like this year no promotion applicable.
Overpriced building 1 bhk is 50k which is not worth you can easily find good building , moreover daily you hear noice from Oriental hotel couples are fighting.
