Their food is as good as you'd expect from Pizza Hut, fresh and tasty. But the branch's staff can be kind of unwelcoming and clumsy, does it affect the atmosphere of the restaurant? To an extent no. Therefore it's a nice place to visit.

The quality of pizza hut is overall compromised and they reduced salad and pepsi sizes as well. Khalidiya pizza hut staff is very rude and overall as an old customer really its hurtful to see the deteriorating quality and quantity as well whereas on other hand the charges have increased drastically..I hope Americano management will look into this matter serious otherwise competitors will not let go this opportunity…

Waited for 1hour for my order only to find out they are transferring it to another branch, no one even updated me no one bothered to call, so i waited 1hr and 30mins for a pizza at 2AM!!! order tracker and rider tracker is a complete none sense and deceitful!!

The worst pizza hut branch. And you look for someone to talk too, nobody listens to you or gives you any attention. Even one star is not fair, they deserve a zero star.

Actually I give lessor than zero rating. Yesterday me and my friend,we both visited in this branch (Pizza hut, Opp. Abella supermarket, Corniche, Abu dhabi). There were no queue at all. we were waiting our turn around 15 minutes. No one assist us. In fact the supervisor also noticed us but he didn't approach. So, after 15-20 minutes, we moved to place our order & they give 20 minutes for waiting the dine-in pizza. We waited more than 40 minutes but nothing response from the staff side. Even they didn't approach us for the starter also. At last, we moved to the cashier place and requested for our food. The supervisor gave one empty plate for starter and he didn't feel sorry for delayed food. During the waiting session, I went to the washroom. Seriously, the washroom was very disgusting. There was no tissues at all. Toilet condition was so disgusting. So, after one hour, as per our request, one Nigerian lady served us pizza. The pizza serving dishes was rusted. before serving, she forget to placed the crockery on the table. The blunder mistake was how they forget to served the cold drinks with pizza. Again, we were waited for the cold drinks and they ignored. While eating we called the same lady for drinks. Then she served the drinks. Really the staff people have no happy or good intention for giving the satisfactory service. I am totally dis-satisfy and unhappy with this kind of staff.

No charm left in Pizza hut anymore, gloomy slow envirnment and tired stressed staff. Dont like to eat in dine. What happened to you pizza hut?

Delicious pizza, the bread was very soft. One of the best pizza i ever had at pizza hut. The garlic bread was also very soft. Highly recommended!!

Pizza Hut. Khalidiya. Behind Abela supermarket. I placed my order on the website for collection. Email notification said 25 minutes pizza would be ready to pick up. I also wrote on the notes to have someone call me to confirm that you have received my order. 30 minutes and still didn’t receive a call. So I went anyway. Dine in is closed. Customers aren’t allowed in. I approached the staff and told them I am here to collect my pizza. They told me it’s nearly ready. I went back to my car and waited. There wasn’t any parking space available. After another 15 minutes and no pizza I went back again and knocked on the door. Only then did they give me my pizza. Parking is not enough in this location. I ordered the meal deal for 159 which included 3 medium pizza , 3 pasta, garlic bread, potato wedges and large bottle of soda. The pasta wasn’t cheesey enough and the veggie baked pasta was missing veggies! The only veg was mushroom ????. Why call it veggie when there isn’t any veggie ????
