Advised by pharmacist to contact the surgery. Had a phone call from
Dr Breaks and given an appointment to attend. Seen promptly with two children whilst holidaying in the area. Faultless service and very much appreciated. Thank you.

My husband ordered his repeat heart medication online, he left a note to say he would collect the script directly from the surgery and for them NOT to send it over to the pharmacy.
He arrived yesterday to collect only to be told they had ignored the note and sent it over to Rowlands, it will now be next week before the gets his medication. Rowlands send them off site and takes about a week to receive back. My husband has now run out of medication

Needed a medical for work and Beaumaris Health Centre was the closest place that did it. They were professional and very friendly. It makes a difference.

I had an issue with getting an English prescription while on holiday. The rude receptionist was of no help at all. I explained that I would have to drive for 2.5 hours one way back to England to get it if they couldn't help and she laughed while saying "It's not that far is it". I ended up having to make the drive. What a disgrace.

I have always found all of the staff I have seen to be very helpful, courteous and respectful. The reception staff always strive to get me an appointment as quickly as possible, and on one occasion I was able to be seen on the same day, despite all the emergency appointments being full.
I have no negative issues with the practice at all.

My experience was very positive! The staff were kind and efficient , the doctor was respectful and really listened to my issues. I felt I was dealt with very professionally!

I am really happy with my GP surgery, the Drs are really patient and look at you during a consultation not just at the keyboard like some GPs in other surgeries do. They see u as a person not just a patient.
