Nice, great place with awesome building,,, I can't believe that in Arab countries towers buildings same in USA, really United Arab Emirates is soooo progressive country same European countries........ Woooow????????????????????????✨✨⭐????????????????????????????????❤️❤️

Please runaway. Don't get captivated with the nice location and facilities. The apartments humidity will be higher than 80% all day long. Floor will form water ponds. I lived there 5 years. Take care do not listen to the leasing department. they will lie to you saying no issues. My neighbors have thrown away their carpets, their curtains and I had to keep cleaning my bags and shoes from mold every time I want to use them.

Simply no one care for the tenants needs.
Simply if me and my brother renting the flat They will consider Only me as a tenant and not my brother. I will be the one that has access to the facilties and he is not.
They building is in a bad condition and always make maintenance and noise. The fire alarm ringing and takes hours to close( no babies in the tower can sleep)
I make the review not for the management to improve ( they don't care anyway), but for new tenants to avoid.

This building' s facilities and maintenance are managed by Adeeb Facilities Management and they have installed chillers which emit cold air and there are more than 100 flats in the building where all the flat' s temperature is always maintained at 22 degrees and below centrally and there is no need to switch on the AC unless you want the temperature to be 19 and below.
I have never switched on AC and the home is always cold.
If someone doesn't need this much coldness, there is no way for a solution.
I have to many times wear a sweater inside the home due to the coldness. Being inthe UAE, wearing sweater inside the home during summers and you have no solution from the management is ridiculous.
Stay away from this building, if the above said problem is a concern for you.

Very good building and area
Every thing is near
Entrance and exit are good
One bedroom is good with swimming pool view

Building location is good but they have serious problem with the humidity , don’t listen to what sales rep will tell you and their way to manage the issue is by installing dehumidifier in the apartment which is really noisy .
lived there for 9 months and been asking to change bathroom mirror which was broken and only empty promises given.

Look for another apartment

The place is good but the problem of high humidity in flat is effect on walk and make fungus I don't recommend because it's effect on your and your child health be careful they will sat there no problem and all staff of real estate company saying there no issues
