Consultant paid zero attention while explaining the procedure of applying for visa. He kept talking the whole time to other costumer while we sat next to him. Why do you need to take a token and wait for your turn if your questions not even taken to consideration? We left without any question being answered!!!! Do not recommend at all!!!!!

If i could give zero star I would. The worst of the worst service. It took me 2 hours in the queue with a token number and end up with their call center number. First counter told me to queue to another counter then after that they pass me to another counter. The third counter gave me their call centre number and was told to just call. I have wasted my 2hrs in a room full of unprofessional and lazy people! What is their purpose there then! Nit recommended at all!

The right office to come for labor inquiries. Reception is accomodating. The Punjabi guy didnt get his name he was so nice.
Then Miss Gladys, she explained me very well on my queries.

Unprofessional is the best word that I can use to describe this facility, they say the center opens at 8am and I got the first token for MOHRE services and I was served at 8:45 am because none of their employees showed up to work on time.
