Room service is very active, and they work hard and fast to answer our requests, we stayed for long period and we had daily service by Sewwandi from house keeping and she was amazingly helpful and always with a smile.
The drawback is that pool hours are less than other hotels which open from 6 am to 10 pm while this one opens 8 to 8 only, during summer and with the burning hot sun that leaves you a couple of hours to use the pool after sun is down or before it's really hot, management should revisit that. Also, there are no places to hang or for the children to play as the pool area is closed after 8, and they don't allow playing or staying there after it's closed. There's an outdoor jacuzzi, but I found the water too hot and only a couple of pumps working.
Overall, the place is nice, clean, and well maintained, just expect narrow rooms, narrow gym, small pool, no sauna, and not too many places to hang specially for children.

I enjoyed the stay here and i booked the room through agoda. It was worth for the money and the hotel was clean and safe. The staffs was very nice and the check in and out felt easy especially the check out was very easy only to return the access cards to the reception. The water and tea in the room were free of charge and for me the only suggestion is to include some indian channels for the tv.

I am currently staying here and so far I am happy especially with the service (house keeping and the pool). Location wise it doesn't hold advantage, however if it is close to Grand Mosque. I'd like to mention Ms. Sevanthi the house keeping staff. She is very courteous with a smile o her face always and attends to requests with care. For the price I paid, it is worth.

I stayed here for approximately one week. It was good. I wonder why the microwave facility is not available in the entire hotel. Rooms are good but a little bit congested even for a couple.
The Gym and pool experience was really good..

Relaxing stay. Great bed and stable internet.

Would like to take the time to thank Gain and Fred who are excellent housekeepers and kept my room clean throughout my stay. I appreciate it.

For many years, I always stay at this hotel for my work trips in Abu Dhabi. I do hotel is simple, providing you all the basics. It’s certainly not a vacation hotel, but especially for work trips, or a layover, it’s perfect. It provides all the basic necessities, it has a pool, a small, but nice restaurant, and very friendly staff. Speaking of friendly staff, I would like to mention Ms Farida and thank her for her kind assistance during my stay.

We had a great stay, family room is perfect with a cheap rate for a family like us with 2 kids . Our room is clean and neat credit to Fred housekeeper. We also had a great foods for our breakfast, foods are perfectly good and serve as well as the restaurant staffs name Chazel, Marvin, Janet and Arjun. About the pool, my kids enjoyed their swim so much, the lifeguard name Israel is so attentive to all the swimmers. All the staffs in reception are so helpful too but I forgot the name of the guy who helped me during our check in.

I had a seven night stay here and was very happy with my accommodations. The service staff were very efficient, especially Ashan. I spoke with him a few times during my stay. He was very helpful and most respectful.
