Exeter Removers were exceptional. From initial phone call to site visit to the moment they left us in our new home, everything was perfect. We had a long move from Devon to Lancashire and this required the collection from local storage in Devon and delivery to new storage in Preston, as well as the house to house move. On the moving days themselves, Dan and Jay were thoroughly professional - clearly knowing what they were doing both in emptying the house and loading the very large van. They worked for hours almost non-stop (despite my offerings of coffee and sandwiches). They were polite and good humoured throughout. Whenever questions arose, they offered their own thoughts and these were usually better than my own; it felt like a friendly collaboration throughout. On the second day, they got to the new storage site before I did and liaised with the manager there on my behalf to get started. When I arrived and went to the storage office to sort out the admin, the manager said that Dan and Jay were the most professional and friendliest removers he had ever worked with and said he'd been disappointed that they were based in Plymouth as he would have liked to be able to recommend them locally. Given just how many removers he must work with given his role, I suspect his comments are better validation than my own. Thanks, Jay and Dan, for making a stressful experience so much smoother and more pleasant than I could have imagined.

Fantastic Service!! We recently moved home, and we turned to Exeter Removers to help - they managed every facet of the process, providing excellent value for money and a friendly and professional service. They made what is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you will ever do an absolute breeze! Thanks so much for all you help! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We put our furniture in storage for five months in order to move from Devon to Yorkshire. From the start of this procedure, we felt comfortable with all members of staff. They were helpful and friendly and gave us confidence. The removal guys taking our belongings into storage worked well and were methodical and cheerful. When the time came to get our belongings out of storage and into our new house, the office staff were really helpful and accommodating and arranged a date to fit in with us. When our belongings arrived in Yorkshire, they had been well cared for and the removal guys again, were really efficient, helpful and cheerful in their work. We would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Exeter Removers were absolutely outstanding. The guys turned up on time and immediately got on with emptying our home in a professional and timely manner. Couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They arrived the following day bright and early and unloaded and placed our effects exactly where we requested with no negative responses whatsoever.
We would have no hesitation in recommending using Exeter Removers.

Exeter Removals were friendly and professional from the outset. The survey was professional but friendly and the admin team in the office were responsive to changes, friendly and helpful, despite being very short-staffed due to covid. The packers were swift, careful and friendly and it didn't feel awkward or worrying to have them pack our precious household! On the day of the move everyone arrived early and balanced our requests (some rooms earlier for cleaning) with loading requirements. And all that for a hugely competitive cost. I am recommending them to everyone and will use them in any future moves.

Moving house after 35 years could have been so stressful, but Exeter Removers took all the stress away. They could not have been more helpful over our three days of moving. The removal team went above and beyond what we were expecting and remained calm and cheerful throughout the process, thus keeping us calm and cheerful too! Cannot recommend these people highly enough.

Exeter removals have been fantastic for our move, from the office staff at booking keeping us informed both email and phone and as we were moving 361 miles and the move took 4 days. the removers both of them working their socks off from a 5 bed house to another 5 bed house in pouring rain both with a smile.

I cannot recommend these removers enough

A very professional company, from the visit to quote for our move to delivering our worldly processions safely to Wales from Colaton Raleigh . The team of men are very hard working and could not be more helpful if they tried . The office staff in Plymouth were attentive and understanding all along and once again could not be more helpful . We have no reservations in recommending Exeter Removers to anyone needing to move locally or further afield .
