1 star is being very generous, A very bad company besides Asteco real estate management company, I was looking for an apartment within certain criteria, that it be spacious and has a gym within a certain budget, and I found an apartment in this building C1201, I have chosed 513 apartment and i have agreed with the agent on the amount of 65,000 AED, and he was informed that this apartment was reserved for me and everything is fine , and upon payment The agent told me that the concerned real estate management company changed the price to 68,250 AED despite the prior agreement between us and they refused to reduce the amount. I was forced to agree due to lack of time and because I was staying in a hotel. I told them that I wanted to move within two days, but they told me that they need 8 working days to carry out maintenance work. I tried very hard with them to reduce the 8 days to two days, but to no avail, so I had to stay for two additional weeks in the hotel, after that I moved to the apartment and found that the air conditioner needed maintenance and its heatingnot cooling, for 5 days they refused to do the maintenance work Under the pretext that working hours end at 5 pm, and I cannot leave my work, which ends at 7 pm, I bought an air fan and the situation was like hell over these five days, then I threatened them that I would bring the police, but they also refused, after that I contacted the police and when I came to the apartment At 7 o'clock in the evening i informed the security that the police will come, the building management contacted the maintenance department, who solved the problem, 8 workingdays in hotelsthen i found that the AC is not working, i don't know what they were doing!!!.

There is a gym in the building, but it is closed. I asked to open it. They told me that it needs preparation work and it will open after a month. After a month has passed, I contacted the rea estate management, and they told me that the building is not full and they will not open the gym before 3 months!!!!! It seems that I waste my money for a primitive apartment that does not deserve to be in Al Raha Beach!!!!

There are many problems, such as the smell of sewage that often comes out of the air conditioner,

The bathroom floor is not flat, and water collects,

The bell works suddenly,

The kitchen lighting suddenly works daily at night!!!! It seems that the apartment is inhabited by ghosts.

The garbage window is small and does not fit a garbage bag, so I had to leave the bag in the room

And the gas turns off for no reason, so I had to contact the company that supplies the gas.

I don't recommend anyone to rent in this building or dealing with this real estate management company.

I you ever deal with them, I encourage you to get familiar with the customer rights service provided by the Ministry of Economy because you will have to send a lot of complaints to them.

I do not even know from which point to start this negative review. The flat was full of construction material waste when I moved in, they said they do not clean before handing the keys.

After one month, a huge leak appeared in my shower. They always say they will come to fix it, but I am still waiting.

Management is super greedy. They want to charge me 525 dirhams because of a technical issue with a cheque. After I solved the issue, they said they did not care. They just want the money.

Terrible to none customer service. This company should be closed by any ethical standards.

I’d give a zero if I could! We ask so many times to send us maintenance for the ac problem and they send no one! Second thing when they finally send maintenance after months, they make the problem worse in the apartment! Third problem with them is that the car parking always leaking on our cars and we find the cars always dirty with white stuff so it’s a waste to clean our cars in gas stations cause we park them and same problem happens again every other week! Never rent anything they manage

Very unfriendly, unreliable. I had problems with water leakage, provis is the community management, first they tell I will get a call back, after reminding several times, one day later they inform me they only take requests for maintanance during gratuity period and would not tell me the maintanance company working here. So: not helpfull, leaving one alone, no understanding, really better not use them. No star worthy.

Very disappointed and its so frustrating since we rented an Appartment our complaints are never closed unless we follow days and days and now i have already ended my contract but everything is so slow with you guys and over a month I’m waiting for my security deposit no one even contacted me to say why you are delayed and i have to go back and forth to the office and leave my work every week and all they say, yes we will deposit within this week and weeks after still the same response and finally i have filed a violation report at the police station and Tamm application too against you guys and i will share this case on all social media platform and housing department too,

Thanks for the hassle you have given me and i will always share the bad experience .

Extremely difficult to do business with.
Tried to contact atleast 3-4 leasing executives for Al Rayyana, nobody is interested
The Provis website doesn’t even have Al Rayyana in their drop down menu, so it’s impossible to put an online request too.
Don’t know the reason for this degree of unprofessionalism
Team Provis, don’t bother to reply to this review please.

Provis Management keeps closing the cases without any resolutions. Any they are no visitors parkings available in Shams Meera as residents are parking wrongly everywhere

Mr Tomas is very helpful all my years of renting he is following very well .also the philipina at front desk is helpful .
Mainataince service is medium .
