We got in touch to invite the company for a quote at our mother's house. The staircase is a bit of a challenge but the quote was done professionally and explained in clear and concise language and full respect for our mother, the principal customer. We had the stairlift installed within a few days with very little disturbance to the household. The price was very good and the best compared to other companies we had quote. We would definitely recommend this company.

Recently had a stairlift fitted by South Wales mobility. Was an efficient and friendly installation. All was explained to me and done with no mess or damage to my property. They made sure I was comfortable with using it before they left and I am more than happy with the service I received and I would recommend them to all thinking of getting a stairlift

Very unusual staircase required a great deal of thought and expertise - something that the staff have in abundance. The installation was carried out swiftly and professionally with no damage to existing carpeting and decorations. Have no hesitation in recommending South Wales Mobility.

Excellent service rang on the Monday and was fitted on the Friday. And no pressure sales everything was explained and decided to rent all in all excellent team. Such a boon for my mother who can't manage the stairs at all now

Excellent service from the whole team. Rob came and did the survey and took time to explain how the stairlift would be fitted, arranged for his team of fitters to come on the day before my husband returned from hospital following a stroke, they made sure that I understood exactly how things worked. Husband is delighted with the stairlift and we would highly recommed the company to anyone wanting mobility products.

Totally recommend this company. Jason came and assessed our stairway in the morning and we chose a stairlift option with him. He arranged for Warren to fit it that afternoon and he did a professional job. A brilliant service, as within 24 hours of our initial phone call to them we had the chairlift fitted, meaning our Mum could come back home from hospital. This was very important to us. A very friendly company too from the office staff to the fitter.
