Cinema is clean.
Seating and the sound quality is decent.
Bad:
Cinema is in the basement so no mobile reception at all.
No lift ???? so difficult for the elderly.
Food options are limited.
No idea if there is any dedicated parking.

I highly appreciate the customer care service, about Mr.Aziz and Mr.hisham,
My and my family plan for movie on 20-05-2023
Due to busy at work I’m trying to make the booking online but I had a difficulty and when I call Cinema landline no Mr.Hisham assisted me
After I made the booking by mistakenly I book on wrong date,
When I spoke to him again and I for asked help regarding the date change,he told me nothing to worry he will speak to he’s manager,
When o called in the morning to manager Mr.Aziz he advised me nothing to worry he will help me in this regard,
Finally my tickets as been changed to 20th Saturday 2023
I’m very happy of the kind service of both gentleman. I like to recommend The National Cinema in Abu Dhabi to to all Residence to visit and enjoy any movies
