Very French!

The dinner at the Louvre restaurant brought my husband and me back to our Paris memories.
Exquisite dishes, larger portions than other French cuisine, nice wine and desserts selection…

We were especially satisfied with the soft and creamy fish dishes.
The kids were happy with their fish and chips dish and ate our rice, too. (which was the only boring food on the table in my opinion to be honest. Somehow, I have never eaten nice rice when it is cooked the French way… but the mashed potatoes on the other hand: yum! – They know how to prepare potato dishes!)

The food was okay, however, I had a lot of dressing in my salad. My friend didn’t like the steak, as it was a bit tough with relatively high amount of fat. The server was pleasant and friendly.

I mean wasn't amazing, but two dishes stuck out the steak tartare, and two dishes that stuck out the steak tartare, and Apple tart.

Food: 9/10
Had the pasta and sandwich (cant remember which but had chicken), orange juice and iced tea.

Ambiance: 7/10
Nice music and not too loud. Suitable for conversations. It was a bit hot and humid. AC was low and we were sweating indoors.

Price: 7/10
A meal would cost around 70 AED which is high but the portion is good. A meal with the drink would be a but over 100 AED.

Location: 10/10
Considering it’s at the Louvre, excellent location and view

Service: 8/10
Friendly welcoming staff, but could be challenging to get their attention if needed.

The coffee and the view were goood, but sushi that we ordered could be much more better. They were small, sometimes sour and overpriced.

Great place, absolutely satisfying, one of the few places which I felt like the high end prices I paid worth it in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Estargots are a must try, one of the best I have ever eaten. Very attentive service with great atmosphere. Only small feedback is the wall that blocks the sea view apart from that highly recommended.

The food is great, the service and staff are learning, the Louvre has only been open for a few months. We are looking forward to coming back. Expect food prices to be ~ 100AED per person.

The portions were too small.They gave me literally just 8 gnocchis.I had to eat bread instead with some fake salted butter.I was so hungry.
