I first visited Rivoli a year ago, the experience was good. Today I went to this Rivoli Abu Dhabi mall, the experience was very good, and I felt a great satisfaction. Ms. Warda and the rest of the team gave a warm welcomed. I liked the professionalism to help me to choose a frame. It is the first time that an optician pay attention and advice me without trying a lot of frames. It went fast and easy. She took care of the administrative part with insurance, hassle free, customer happy! Thank you Ms Warda and the team. I will come back for tests and other purchases.

For the second time I go Rivoli Abu Dhabi Mall and I was surprised twice; First surprise was with the very warm welcome of Ms. Ouarda and Ms. Dhanya, They even welcomed me by name despite I was there 4 months ago, Then I was surprised with the mega sale the had on a variety of very nice collection of glasses even I purchased with my optical glasses a sunglasses I wasn't planning to take because the prices were super attractive.
Special thanks to Ms. Lubna for the professional eye test, Moataz & Ikram who helped me with better glasses fitting.
Highly recommended awesome place with a very splendid team.

Dr. Dhanya is an amazing and did a very comprehensive eye test for me and I discovered that my power went up. Also, she was extremely patient & nice while teaching me to wear contact lenses, she is simply amazing & I definitely recommend her! Warda is also very nice! Great experience!

I am a regular customer with RIVOLI EYEZONE for some years now, the support from their staffs in their stores are truly exceptional. Being a prescribed glasses user from the age of 5 years I can guarantee there is no stores that gives this kind of support and assistance throughout the journey till you own their product, had instances where they have replaced by glasses even after the warranty period which no one does.

Special mention to Warda from Abu Dhabi Mall store who was a great support and helped me at the best of her capabilities. Also Steve who is the operations manager who is so humble and takes time to talk to customers and make sure quality service is delivered, the way he has supported during COVID times when their stores were closed is hard to be explained in words.

Highly recommended, in other words only place I recommend to customers with a lifetime guarantee for their opticals!!!

We had an amazing experience during my visit to Rivoli Optical Abu-Dhabi Mall, starting from the warm welcoming of Ms. Anjana and Ms. Ouarda, They were very helpful and professional advisors while choosing our glasses to Dr. Dhanya who has made a very comprehensive, accurate and professional eye test which I don’t think we could have anywhere else, the wide and vary optical products they have which match most of tastes and budgets, Thank you so much for the great job you are doing, Keep it up.

Rivoli Eyezone in Abu Dhabi mall has access to plenty of luxurious collections from different brands.Especially the showroom staffs Warda & Dhanya very cooperative and helpful ????
