Happy to share my amazing experience at Rivoli store, Abu Dhabi Mall.

Been lucky to be assisted by two very professional, helpful and humble staff who not only extended their assistance but made me realize that a good customer service experience can do wonders to your day, they really did make me happy and confident about the purchase I made. They ensured I got the best deal possible - from my points redemption to helping me avail the discounts they currently have. Mehboob and Prashanth, thank you for your amazing service and I hope you both achieve great heights professionally and personally.

Prasanth had really helped me a week before when I went to view the watch and wanted more time to finalize on it. He was not at all pushy, happily assisted me and answered all my queries.
