Service center is a joke, don't waste your time. Staff is utterly incompetent and unfriendly. If Rolex saw how their customers are being treated here they would probably take the dealership away. Truly appalling that such a great brand is being tarnished this way.

You wont get what you want. There are no steel watches available. They Claim that they haven’t received Submariner or GMT for years but the same watches are available for double price on dubizzle. Most of those watches available in grey market are actually purchased from local ADs. I dont understand how a genuine customer cant buy watches from ADs but the flippers can buy it. Looks like a big game.

Even if you have a warranty for the watch, they will manipulate with things and asked you to pay in all circumstances, so your warranty is not counted.
