It’s ok to buy something but drop off bigger parcels I am not recommended because they don’t want keep big parcels because of space & telling no labels left

I'm new to the area, shop closes at 9.30pm yet the owner was locking up at 10.22am I asked, could I please get my parcel before u lock up, he told me no he has to go out he will be back soon.
I will NEVER use this shop Again

Very rude. No manners at all. They don't even reply to your salaam properly. Very awkward environment to shop in. I try to avoid this shop. I only use it if I'm going past. I would much rather shop in a place where they understand basic manners.

Where dem people come from if do not have how to print out label for return what is clearly writing ,if custommer do not have chance to print out irlt they should☠☠☠shit serviss ,rood sellernever come back again
