2 large Whopper meals and 1 double Whopper meal, all were cold when i arrived home and i only live 3mins away from the restaurant, and when i first made a telephone call to the restaurant and started to tell the manager about my complaint, she very rudely hung up on me, and when i tried to call back they didnt answer my call, so i went into the restaurant to complain and the manager was very rude and didnt want to even listen to me.NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH RESTAURANT AT ALL. And this is the 3rd time that my food has been cold, but the first time to complain about it. They shouldnt get away with selling old food.

Awful service. The burgers always taste good but the service was diabolical. They served me strawberry shake when I asked for Vanilla. Not the end of the world unless, as I pointed out, you have allergies. My husband got strawberry too and he asked for chocolate. The cheese and bacon burger had no cheese. I decided to change mine as I detest strawberry, but everything else we could live with. It was the staffs attitude and the fact that they were laughing about it that had me hopping! I personally don't find mistakes with food to be funny, but the staff here clearly do. Thankfully we live near other Burger King sites, so I can still get the great burgers, but hopefully better service.

I come to this restaurant quite regularly with my family and have always had a good experience so I'm surprised at the rating. I guess people will quicker post about a bad experience than good. The food is always freshly prepared and hot and the staff are always polite, knowledgeable and prompt. The seating area is clean and there is usually a member of staff sweeping, wiping tables or removing trays. I cannot fault this branch of Burger King at all and would happily recommend.

Was busy when we popped in for some lunch earlier today but we were served very quickly. The food was expensive but hot, tasty and fresh so I didn't mind paying a little extra than McDonalds. The restaurant and toilets were clean and the staff on the tills were really lovely. Thanks for a great dining out experience BK!

Awful service and hygiene levels in the restaurant are way below par. The staff don't care when challenged about it. Burger King needs to inspect this franchise.

Excellent service from especially from sally as she helped with the Burger King app which allowed to collect points and save money as I’m always going to Burger King.
