At the beginning it was good shop to go and thw price was affordable...but this week it became worest experiance..

I hate it ...customer care was horrible ,I'll not deal with them again

Newly Opened Supermarket In Muroor, when i went today, Initially billing section only one staff was there and later another staff came.
Even though opened 2 days only ,there is not that Much offer’s.

Customer care is Very Poor and Staffs are confused.

Need to improve a-lot, if you want to compete with Market Giant Lulu ( Your Neighbour).

Vegetable sections too Much congested & in other sections items are misplaced and not properly arranged.

May be its because of Newly opened,
Hope they will rectify all those things.

A very poor service of delivery. I never see a non professional staff in any market like this. They will just read your msgs after one hour or two. If you will call, all the time they will lie to you that now we will send and no one will come. Never see any bad market with poor service of delivery like this ????????????????????????????????????????
