Very comfortable
Very comfortable and convenient As a side sleeper, I always struggle with finding the right pillow, right height, shape, filling and firmness and I end up with having neck and back aches, then shortly after I end up buying another one again.
This one made it so easy to adjust to the right height and is so comfortable, medium soft to my preference.

Very good collection of mattress and bed. Above all the service provided by one of their staff named "inshad " has to be appreciated. He is a very pleasant and pleasing personality....

Everything was perfect regarding the counter we could not see the cashier man while he is providing the benefits of the mattress and discussing each one of mattress by it self, also their were not enough chairs to the customers to take their rest. As a customer I recommend to change the counter table and provide at least two chairs to the customers, also the printer I think that it have to be hidden.

I Got my bed and mattress From Royal rest Al Ain with affordable price and it’s look luxury And really good staff they help me out for Purchase.

Referring to my below review, this is to confirm my openion as tow days ago they came and collected the defected brand new mattress i nver use it and it is still in its plastic cover and when i called the customer services they told me as per their policy they will repair the defected areas of the matterss and return it back to me as thier policy not alowing to replace it with another non defected one because it is manucatured under my name based on my order which really unbleivable policy, i should accept to take a defected and repaired mattress, also since my purchase date 17/08/2022 till today i am not able to use my new bedroom because of the bad quality of the mattress and the non professional way in dealing with customers complains, and my advise to everyone going to deal with them, dont pay them the full amount in advance and keep at least 50% after delivery until you insure the quality of the mattress received is the same as the one they dispalyed on the showroom othersie they will never listens to you.

They are really not good, the delivered mattress not same as the one displayed in the showroom, and when you try to comlpain there is no response from their side, even the email they posted on thier web page is not working. i am suer i will never deal with them again, the problem i should select atleast one star to post my review otherwise i will select nonstars.

Royal rest is 1 of the best furniture store I ever seen..the product are good quality as well..I visit Ai Ain store the staff are very good and soo friendly specially Mr.Inshard, and mr.Yoosuf access me well.. ????
