The hotel staff is very welcoming. From the start we were treated with an Arabic tea in the traditional Arabic manner. The check-in process was smooth and easy. This is definitely thanks to highly trained hotel employees, reflecting high professionalism in every aspect. I would like to express my special thanks to Mr Murod. He has provided an utmost care, attentiveness, politeness, and competence in welcoming my family to the hotel.

It was our first time at the hotel that won’t be the last one, for sure.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

- Great resort.
- Lobby is amazing, rooms are very clean and staff are really friendly and approachable.
- More of a family place.
- Pool is packed.
- The beach is much quieter and more beautiful.
- Not the best place for a solo relaxing trip given how packed the pool is however, it definitely is great for families.

I absolutely love this place. A great way to spend your weekend if you are a beach lover. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. You lose track of time when you are on the clean and well-maintained sandy beach or if you choose to dine in the turtle cove returant. An absolute 5 star place

I checked in yesterday with mom and two kids. I wanted to have short break. This hotel is amazing for its rooms, staff very very professional, beach and all services. I would truly like to thank Suhail and Ahmed for being very friendly and gave us the room we requested. Ali for easing my reservation and helping chose from the options. Thank you for the cake and sweets to celebrate my sons birthday , he was surprised and happy .

The hotel is so nice and luxurious. They have big lobby as well the rooms are new and comfortable. The team is so friendly and professional. It is good to spend weekend over there . The outdoor area is huge with big swimming pool and nice access to the beach. They have many restaurants and bars and all they sever premium quality of food .

Pros:
- The hotel was calm and relaxing
- Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many varieties
- Pool was amazing it was heated and very clean.
- Easy and close access to the beach

Cons:
- You cannot charge anything to the room if you don't have a deposit, you have to have your card always with you even in the pool! which it was a first for me.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and never faced this issue.
- No activities in the hotel especially for the beach, they should have some water activities such as paddling or kayaking something like that.

- We found a died cockroach in our bathroom since we came and no one cleaned it, we ended up picking it up ourselves.

Pool is beautiful, food is good, shisha is amazing, shisha guy Mohammed in Nesma pool bar is friendly and his shisha is excellent.

Our only issue how a big hotel has no ice cream and can’t get milkshake for kids because of that.

The Resort is outstanding, I like the way that they design the family rooms kind of out of the box ????, room size is perfect and the service was amazing, can’t complain about the breakfast it was super . For the team they are all supportive “ask for Lara if you seek help “ .
100% I will visit the place again.
