A great experience overall minus the slow service!

We got three afternoon tea sets (each feeds two) with one being vegan so thank you very much for accommodating for different dietary preferences. Please call ahead of time to place the order as it takes 1hr 30 minutes to prepare if you don’t (I already did a day before going - also adding the afternoon tea period is 3-6pm).

Positive:
- Very nice, friendly & professional staff.
- Great variety, quality & taste.
- Nice atmosphere (sunlight coming in, not a closed area).

Can be improved:
- Service speed was very slow.

I love this lounge. Their afternoon tea is good after a long day of strolling at the Louvre. The waitress are so attentive and very welcoming.

I’m super happy to celebrate my sister birthday in Sama lobby lounge.. everything was organized and perfect.. Shiela and Anita was the best staff I met in all AD lounge’s..

They both make my reservation completed and perfect… thank you so much once again

Also the chef make for us the best cake… looks sooo good

Nice lounge in lobby of Saadiyate Rotana hotel .coffee is very good as well as snacks ,service is excellent ,value for food is good , outside tables can not accommodate food for two persons ,only coffee so you have to go into big table which is low table not much comfortable to eat at but overall is an excellent place to go.Salads are appetizing both in appearance and taste .Servers are pleasant and smiling .

Generally good, coffee is OK, but service can be improved. Service levels are not at the 5 star hotel level. Patchy depending on who serves you.

Sama went above and beyond to help us with our special High Tea. They made sure everyone had options. The only thing I would suggest to change is the vegetarian burger sandwich. Maybe use veggie burger with some sauce would make a difference.
