Used to be a really good practice. Had a text through asking me to book a nurse appointment and cannot get through on the phone. Can't text them back as no phone number on the text. If they want to call me then I might be able to make an appointment.

As a new patient to the practice, I’ve found it incredibly difficult to get a prescription and or any information on the services available from the practice. No one returned a phone call as promised when I originally joined. Then when I did receive a call to say pick up my prescription, the chemist hadn’t received anything nor had the practice actually sent anything. Totally unimpressed!

Really impressed with the speed of getting an appointment. Because the phones are so busy we found out a few weeks ago that if you go to either surgery at 8 am and speak to the receptionist you get either a phone call or get to see a nurse or doctor at either surgery later on that day. Not sure how long this has been happening.

Basically impossible to get through to anyone. E consult used to be great but now it's always closed. Line is engaged or boots you off as soon as you select to join the queue. I need a prescription and Christ knows how I'm supposed to get it?

Trying to get through to the surgery on the phone is like trying to phone the King, impossible! Been trying for over a week now to get a prescription sent through from the hospital but no joy. Never had this issue before Park View merged and to top it all my GP Dr Fogerty has left. Doesnt bode well. Should try employing more people to man the telephones!

I have been registered with this practice for a couple of years now and they have always accomodated what I need. I would like to say thankyou to the receptionist this morning and the whole of the reception team nursing team Doctors and health care assistants
And Dr oliver who put my mind at rest this morning.
I know primary care has been hit hard over the last few years and its still challenging now to this day. Brighter days will be upon you all keep strong all worth the wait in gold.
Patients at this practice please appriciate and bekind we are all human.

Was told by 3 seperate reception staff on three seperate days (face to face) that my prescription had been amended as requested and sent to the correct pharmacy, which had not happened either time resulting in me walking back and forth between seperate pharmacies to try and sort this myself as clearly no communication was happening. Finially collected my prescription 1 week and 7 pharmacy visits later. I am now having trouble with another seperate prescription which I ordered over a week ago to have not been told anything as to whether this is ready. Its medication I need and am going without. Also incredibly difficult to get an appointment unless you're available same day.

When trying to make an appointment you got no chance. All I want is a prescription. I have tried 5 mornings now and keeps say they are to busy. Ring back when less busy. Tried to book on line saying temporary unavailable. Went into the surgery they said I need to do online. It’s a joke. It’s time to change surgery
