Tried to book car park space for 4 hrs all seemed OK until I had to confirm email address wouldn't let me proceed then recieved an email asking to complete booking to which they had changed request and wanted to charge me £250per month every month for a 4hr slot as a one off with a charge of £3.50 be careful read any correspondence from these people carefully before agreeing to complete booking very annoyed and had to inform bank to make sure no payment could be taken

I been there to attend a wedding23/07/22 ,paid on park and after 8days recieved a parking charged£60. Fortunatelly my paid ticket was still in my car, did appeal against incorrect parking charges. But after 21 days of appeal recieved email that I paid unsufficient amount. It is very stressful while paid the amount machine gave me ticket and they said I paid not correct amount. They have no direct or adviser contact number and no emails. Sorry this is totally a rubbish service.

Saved a fortune using this app. Car park is round the back of the hotel and you pass another car park on your left as you drive round. Went to reception to get my card validated when I arrived but I didn't realise i had to get it validated on leaving. Just a quick trip to the hotel reception to get validated and I was on my way. Would definitely use this car park again if I find myself back in Glasgow. If I used this car park without the app my parking would have cost over Â£80 For two days.

Easy to book, no hassle parking. Safe, secure and right in the city centre. Good price and easy to get ticket validated when leaving. Would definitely use it again .

Always park here when we come to Glasgow. Big spaces, reasonable price and easy to validate on exit. The only thing that annoys me is the noise the barrier makes, it’s so so loud! Haha

Easy to get to and found parking space no problem - close to all the shops and theatres would definitely use again
